Referral Madness helps

chapters form and operate

One seat per category, so members never compete for the same client. Chapter admins invite members, keep the seats, and run the meeting calendar.

members connect with members

A private chapter directory with phones, emails and what makes a good referral for each member, plus contact cards and a calendar feed.

chapters connect with each other

Pick any chapter and say what you're looking for. Its admins introduce the right member. Contact details are shared only when they say yes.

show what the group is worth

Every referral is followed from given to closed business, on dashboards for each member, each chapter, and the whole network.

keep every chapter private

A chapter's members, meetings and referrals stay inside the chapter. Nothing crosses to another chapter unless a member shares it.

people find a chapter

Browse the chapters, see where and when they meet, and ask one about joining. The right chapter admin gets back to you.

How a referral moves

The giver sees it under I reached out. The receiver sees it under Referral request. Both watch the same status as it moves.

  1. GivenA member passes a client to a chapter-mate, with a rough estimate of what it's worth.
  2. ContactedThe receiver reaches the client and says so. No answer in a week, and a chapter admin gets a nudge.
  3. Won or lostThe receiver reports the outcome, and the real value if it closed.
  4. CountedClosed business shows on both members' dashboards and the chapter's.
